In his new role, Stradford will have primary responsibility for all production operations in the Indianapolis facility, including planning and reporting, quality control, process improvement, capital budgeting, staff management and recruiting, and vendor management.

Prior to Mspark, Stradford held a variety of operations and production management roles with Cargill, PepsiCo-Gatorade, and The Plain Dealer and The Indianapolis Star newspapers in Cleveland, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Ind., respectively. He holds an MBA in applied management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana, and a bachelor's degree in graphic art design from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio.
