This Month, Mu Sigma Is Speaking on Big Data at The Social Shake-Up and Customer KeyBank Presenting at Predictive Analytics World

At The Social Shake-Up, Krishna R, Client Partner at Mu Sigma will join a panel on Big Data "You Don't have a Big Data Problem: You have a Filter Problem" with fellow panelists Meta Brown, Analytics Consultant and Peter Bordes, CEO, Internet Media Labs. This panel will take place on Tuesday, September 17 from 3:15 - 4:15pm. The session will discuss social media's impact on business and how to efficiently sift through all the various data types.

At Predictive Analytics World, Mu Sigma customer David Bonalle, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Client Insights with KeyBank will present a case study "Making Key Business Decisions with Analytics to Better Serve Customers." This presentation will take place on Monday, September 30th from 10:40 - 11:25am. KeyBank, one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies created a centralized Client Insights Center of Excellence leveraging analytics to deliver its customer relationship strategy and better serve clients. Bonalle will share in this presentation how businesses can leverage analytics to optimize business decisions at every level and better serve customers.
