Multi-media show's Provincial tour to start in Winnipeg Tuesday

Cross-Province tour begins for MADD Canada's high-impact, multi-media assembly show that urges high school students to think about the risks and potential dangers of impaired driving

Attention: City Editor, Education Editor, News Editor, Photo Editor, Government/Political Affairs Editor WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, MEDIA ADVISORY--(CCNMatthews - April 30, 2007) - Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada) and Manitoba Public Insurance are kicking off a Province-wide tour of a 2007 high impact, Multi-Media school assembly show this Tuesday for students of Children of the Earth High School in Winnipeg.

Manitoba Public Insurance is the Provincial Sponsor of the MADD Canada production Mind Control, a rock montage of pop culture shown on three huge screens. The support of the public auto insurer will help ensure the show is seen by 38,000 students across Manitoba during its tour.

Media are welcome to the launch of this provincial tour.

WHERE: Children of the Earth High School, 100 Salter Street, Winnipeg

National and local MADD Canada spokespersons, Manitoba Public Insurance representatives, as well as student body members will all be on hand for media interviews both prior to and after the show.
