Multimax Named Part of Lockheed Martin Team on the Communications Technical Support Services Contract

Team to Provide Communications Infrastructure, Satellite, and Data Network Design/Installation to USCENTCOM Facilities


HERNDON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 21, 2007 -- Multimax, Inc. -- one of the premier resources for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies -- announced today that it is on the Lockheed Martin Global Services team to provide communications infrastructure, satellite, and data network design/installation at 13 bases located in Iraq, Afghanistan, and six other nations that fall under the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM).

The work falls under Lockheed Martin's Communications Technical Support Services (CTSS) contract, which is valued at $73 million dollars.

Under the terms of the agreement, Multimax will provide recurring requirements such as operations and maintenance support for Local Area Networks (LAN), commercial satellite communications (SATCOM), technical control facility and circuit actions, telephone, and land mobile radio as well as inside and outside cable plant installations.
