MultimaxArray Joint Venture Wins Department of State HITSS Contract

Contract Vehicle Covers Worldwide IT Services


HERNDON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 -- Multimax, Inc. -- one of the premier resources for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies -- announced today that a joint venture between Multimax and Array Information Technology, Inc. (Array) has been awarded a Hybrid Information Technology Services for State (HITSS) by the U.S. Department of State.

With this contract win, the joint venture -- known as MultimaxArray HITSS -- will be able to compete for task orders to provide IT services supporting the Department's foreign policy, national security, and consular affairs mission. Covered services include the following:

--  Requirements analysis
--  Systems and database design
--  Systems development and testing
--  Systems integration
--  Interoperability verification and testing
--  Information security
--  Telecommunications systems (including local, metropolitan, and wide-
    area networking)
--  Business process re-engineering
--  Systems and information engineering
--  Systems configuration management
--  Systems enhancements, support, and maintenance
    
MultimaxArray HITSS is a joint venture between Multimax, as mentor, and Array, as protégé, under the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program.
