MultimaxArray HITSS is a joint venture between Multimax, as mentor, and
Array, as protégé, under the Small Business Administration's (SBA)
Mentor-Protégé Program.

The HITSS acquisition, valued at $2 billion, is for a term of one-year with
four, one-year options and it is comprised of four separate small business
set-aside pools in the following categories: Section 8(a) Program; Small
Business Program; HUBZone Program; Service-Disabled; and Veteran-Owned
Small Business Program.
