Marc Medrano, Joins the Sparkcentral Team to Help Forge the Future of Customer Experience

As Sparkcentral continues to gain traction in the enterprise space, Medrano's appointment is an important step towards scaling the organization and developing an even greater client base to join the likes of T-Mobile, Uber, Netflix and Delta Airlines.

Medrano is a Saas professional with 17 years of experience in sales, business development, professional services and account management. He joins Sparkcentral from Spredfast where he served as the Vice President of Sales. Prior to Spredfast, Medrano was the Vice President of Business Development at myEdu where he oversaw social products, strategic partnerships, and licensing.
