Drawing inspiration from Beijing's chic and nonchalant art district, Dashanzi is soon to be the newest and trendiest of restaurants in Juhu Beach. Always setting the benchmark for contemporary luxury and warm hospitality, the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu exudes perfection in every detail, making no exception with the opening of its new progressive Asian restaurant and lounge.

Beckoning guests with a chilled out and sophisticated vibe, inspiring uber-cool decor, breathtaking sea views and upbeat house music, Dashanzi menus will feature progressive modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The electrifying bar experience is perfectly paired with a live sushi and sashimi bar, xtreme Cantonese flavors and an interactive dessert table.

The hotel's world reputation brings xperience to the Dashanzi bar, but delivery will be local to Juhu Beach. A handcrafted and well balanced menu comprising of Asian Cocktails, Sake, Soju, boutique gins and crafted beers will be served to guests. The signature cocktail list includes Asian G&T - Green Tea Infused Gin with basil, honey and tonic water; Lemon Grass Gin Sour - Lemon Grass Infused Gin with fresh lime juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white; Kaffir Lime Margarita - Tequila with Kaffir Lime Leaves, Triple Sec and fresh lime juice, and Saketini - Sake with Dry Vermouth and a lemon twist. The ambience will be further enhanced by deep house lounge music for a unique and uplifting experience.

The restaurant caters to an array of delectable Asian delicacies with the menu featuring Japanese Gurando Platter; Steamed Local Sea Bass with Assam Sauce; Barbequed Lamb Chops with Braised Radish and Tender Green Asparagus; Braised Homemade Edamame Tofu with Spicy Chilli Sauce, and Wild Mushroom Rice Hot Pot with Porcini Butter and Truffles as signature specialties.

The dumpling selection includes Chicken and Truffle Suimai with Shaved Hajikame, Chilean Sea Bass with Polenta Crust, Prawn and Petit Herbs, Prawn with Shiitake, Chive and Caviar Oscetra, Celery and Water Chestnut, and Edamame and Truffle. The Japanese selection includes Sushi, Sashimi, Nigiri and Maki Rolls in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Desserts like Deconstructed Chocolate Affogato Sphere, Freezing Chocolate Balloon, Dry Garden and Coconut Five Ways are sure to enthrall taste buds.
