Murgor and Freewest Release Latest Results and Provide
Update on Drilling at the Windfall Property; NW Quebec

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 15, 2005) - Murgor Resources Inc.
(TSX VENTURE:MUG) is pleased to report the latest results from its most
recent phase of drilling at the Windfall property in north-western
Quebec. These results are highlighted by intersections of drill hole
Win-05-30 on the F-11 Zone (11.91 g/t Au over 17.0 meters) and drill
hole Win-05-21 (lower portion) on the F-17 lower lens (9.32 g/t Au over
11.00 meters). The latest results come from the bottom portion of drill
hole Win-05-21 (results from the upper portion of hole Win-05-21 were
reported in a press release dated March 04, 2005) and from drill holes
Win-05-23 to Win-05-30. Assays from nine (9) additional drill holes are
still pending.

The objective of drill holes Win-05-21, 24 and 27 was to test the
extensions of Gold Zone F-17. The current interpretation at Gold Zone
F-17 is that the mineralization occurs in two large, high-grade, stacked
sub-horizontal lenses, associated with a NE-trending, steeply north
dipping shear zone that is also gold-bearing. The stacked lenses are
believed to plunge towards the SW. Drilling is underway to determine
the strike or plunge extent of the veins or if additional stacked lenses
are present. The table below provides a summary of all results from the
F-17 Gold Zone to date:

Drill holes Win-05-23, 25, 26, 28 and 29 were reconnaissance drill holes
aimed at a large (350 x 200 m), very strong chargeability anomaly SW of
Gold Zone F-17 and ending at the property boundary with Noront Resources
(NOT: TSX-V). Drill holes Win-05-28 is located 125 meters from the
property boundary with Noront and the structure appear to continue to
the SW. Drill holes WIN-05-23, 25 and 29 failed to intersect any
mineralized structures whereas drill holes Win-05-26 and 28 intersected
a strongly deformed, intensely altered NE-trending structure that is
interpreted as the SW extension of the F-17 shear zone. The new
intersections are located up to 250 meters SW of Zone F-17 and remain
open in all directions. The large geophysical anomaly remains
unexplained. New results of this reconnaissance drilling are as follows:

The objective of drill hole Win-05-30 was to test Gold Zone F-11 where a
channel sample returned 40.62 g/t Au over 5.9 meters in November 2004,
and drill hole Win-04-02 intersected 8.34 g/t Au over 3.5 meters in
December 2004. The F-11 Gold Zone consists of gold-bearing
pyrite-magnetite mineralization with minor amounts of quartz veining
hosted by intensely chloritized rhyolitic flows. Current data suggests
that the mineralization is NE-trending and steeply north-dipping with a
well defined near-surface geophysical signature that extends for a
strike length of 500 meters. Results from five (5) new drill holes are
pending on this zone. Results from drill hole Win-05-30 are as follows:

The Windfall Property is comprised of 214 mining claims covering an area
of 8,995 hectares and is held 50% by Murgor and 50% by Freewest
Resources Canada Inc. (FWR: TSX-V). Management at Murgor and Freewest
are extremely enthusiastic about the latest results at Windfall that are
the product of a well directed, aggressive exploration strategy that led
to a better understanding of the structural setting of the
mineralization.

Drilling resumed yesterday (March 14th) on the Windfall Property (after
a week break) where follow-up drilling will continue on Gold Zones F-11,
F-17 and F-51 while testing a number of other targets where geophysical
anomalies coincide with areas that are geologically favourable to gold
mineralization. One of the drill rigs from the Windfall project was
moved temporarily onto the Barry Property where a short program will be
testing the NE extension of the Barry Gold Prospect where deep induced
polarization geophysical anomalies were outlined in 2004.

Gold analyses reported in this release were performed by standard 30g
fire assay with AA finish. Values greater than 500 ppb Au were redone
in duplicate by a 30g FA gravimetric finish. Assays were performed by
Laboratoire Expert Inc. in Rouyn-Noranda, Qc.
