Exclusive Delivery of Mario Single for RCA Music Group to U.S. Radio Marks Milestone

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 15, 2005 -- Musicrypt Inc. (TSX-V: MCT) (OTC BB: MCYPF), the industry's leading digital music distribution company, today announced the exclusive digital delivery to U.S. Radio of "Here I Go Again," the new single from J Records (RCA Music Group) artist, Mario. This track is the 1,000th song delivered to radio by Musicrypt's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS).

DMDS has now delivered 1,000 tracks to over 400,000 destinations clearly making it the dominant, secure digital delivery system in North America.

Those 1,000 tracks have included some of the biggest names in the recording industry including such recent deliveries to U.S. radio as the highly anticipated new single "Speed of Sound" by superstar Capitol Records artist Coldplay, "Lonely No More" by Rob Thomas on Atlantic Records, "Best of You" by Foo Fighters, "American Baby" from The Dave Matthews Band, and Kelly Clarkson, all with the RCA Music Group. On Thursday May 26th at 12:22am ET, DMDS was the first to distribute the exciting release of the new single by American Idol winner Carrie Underwood to radio immediately after the winner was announced, a historic moment in American Radio. This was followed by the release of Idol runner-up Bo Bice.
