myMatrixx Launches Innovative Web Solution for DME and Ancillary Services

1Click Ancillary™ Makes Web-Based Purchasing and Approving DME and Ancillary Medical Services Simple and Client Friendly

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) -  myMatrixx™ today announced the launch of 1Click Ancillary™, the industry's first end-to-end web-based solution connecting claims professionals and clinicians to providers. This product opens the marketplace on-line, similar to what other e-retailers have done for consumers.

1Click Ancillary is a powerful portal that links a claims professional with the actual supplier of products and services required to meet injured workers' needs. On one end of the portal is an on-line marketplace that brings transparency to the market and the other end of the portal is the connection points to those providers that eventually will service the injured worker.

"Today, you can pretty much make the assumption that purchasing DME and other ancillary services such as physical therapy or diagnostic imaging is going to be a time consuming, inefficient, and often frustrating process," said Steve MacDonald, chairman and CEO of myMatrixx.

That assumption is rendered obsolete by 1Click Ancillary as the system was designed by a team that spent two years bringing a solution to the market that is both simple to use and efficient from a data management perspective.

"1Click Ancillary has been a long time coming," said Chuck Sweat, myMatrixx's Vice President of Ancillary Services, "mainly because it took several years of hard work to coordinate the vendor/provider data that makes the system so effective. 1Click Ancillary streamlines the communication and information adjusters and case managers need to make the best buying decisions possible."

1Click Ancillary allows the customer to type in the product/service name and a zip code, and instantly they receive a price list along with the vendors/providers who can render that service or DME request in the relevant geographical area.

Through the integrated CareCart™, a pre-built, injury-based formulary capability which allows for the customization of multiple products and services and places them into a single search using a patent pending process, adjusters and nurse case managers can save significant time and effort on a daily basis.

"We believe 1Click Ancillary delivers a greatly improved customer experience," said Steve MacDonald. "Even if our clients want to talk to a human being, the technology allows our associates to provide more timely and useful information that ultimately makes our customers and their patients happy."
