MyBuys Joins Endeca Extend Partner Program to Bring Personalized Product Recommendations to Endeca-Powered Retail Sites

Integration of MyBuys and Endeca Drives Higher Revenue for Retailers Through Personalized Up-Sells and Cross-Sells

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - MyBuys, the leading provider of personalized product recommendations for online retailers, today announced that it has joined the Endeca Extend Partner Program. This alliance will help retail customers quickly and easily integrate personalized product recommendations from MyBuys directly into Endeca-powered sites. Through plug-and-play modules, called cartridges, MyBuys can plug directly into the user experience using Page Builder, a component of the Endeca Commerce Suite and the Endeca Publishing Suite.

As an Endeca Extend program member, MyBuys now offers customers an experience that combines its market-leading personalization solution with Endeca to deliver customized shopping experiences for each individual consumer resulting in increased conversion rates, average order value and 10-30% in overall revenues for online commerce sites.

"Endeca and MyBuys are invested in the success of many of today's most successful online businesses," said John Andrews, vice president, Industry Solutions for Endeca. "Endeca Extend provides the foundation to allow our customers to seamlessly integrate technologies with search and navigation-based promotion so our customers can focus on what matters most -- creating a superior site experience to grow their businesses."

Endeca's Commerce Suite and the Endeca Extend program allow joint clients to easily designate cross-sell and up-sell recommendation zones on their e-commerce sites and, with the MyBuys service, personalize the product recommendations in those zones for each individual consumer as they browse the site. Customers will see their conversion rates, AOV and revenues rise as MyBuys' portfolio of targeting algorithms match persistent behavioral profiles and product attributes in real-time to produce the highest converting cross-sells and up-sells.

"MyBuys and Endeca already work together with many retailers, including Cost Plus/World Market, who are profiting from our proven ability to drive revenues based on a deep understanding of the consumer and the merchant's own assortment. With Endeca Extend, MyBuys and Endeca make it quick and easy to access the best revenue driving recommendations for their customers," said Bob Cell, CEO, MyBuys.

MyBuys is participating in this year's Discover conference being held this week in Boston. For more information on Endeca Extend, visit www.endeca.com/partners/endeca-extend.html
