MyFace Hits iTunes' Hottest Apps List

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 12, 2010) - MyFace today announced its number two position on the highly coveted iTunes "What's Hot" list. MyFace is the first fashion app that uses patented technology to create a virtual make-up artist on the iPhone platform.

With step by step tips on how to create the latest looks using today's leading make-up brands, the app's GPS locater also shows you where to buy, while the MyFace professional make-up team create rapidly changing content including trend reports and weekly fashion updates.

MyFace offers personalized make-up recommendations based on the user's ethnicity, skin type and skin color. Once your profile is created, the app provides a personalized list of colors and recommended make-up brands, along with prices, and retail locations. From a smokey eye aka the Givenchy collection just shown in Paris, to dramatic vamp, aka "Twilight," the app delivers easy to follow 'how tos' in an informative and visually appealing format. MyFace wants to capture the lead in rapidly changing, innovative apps. While the just released MyFace app rapidly gets more face time, the company is planning a major roll out for its "New Year, New You" app scheduled for release on January 15, 2010. The current MyFace app is available for $2.99 on iTunes for iPhone and iPod Touch.
