MYVLT.COM, .NET and .ORG for Sale as Set by Auction

TORONTO and CHICAGO, IL and LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Jun 28, 2011) - The domain names MYVLT.COM, MYVLT.NET, MYVLT.ORG are now available for sale, in a sealed-bid auction conducted directly by principal owner.

Within a regulated, legal and commercial framework, the MYVLT domain space represents a credible, highly marketable online destination for any operator who wishes to expand their services to an online community. Several Canadian provincial jurisdictions as well as many European states already permit online gaming and lottery operations; there are ongoing efforts (see below) for the establishment of legalized online gaming within USA. The time is right for the development of this online, branded presence.

The Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act was introduced in the House on March 17, 2011, by Congressman John Campbell (R-CA) with Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) as a leading sponsor ... The bill would establish a federal regulatory and enforcement framework under which Internet gambling operators could obtain licenses authorizing them to accept bets and wagers from individuals in the United States. ... This legislation, which licenses and regulated online gambling, requires licensees to take appropriate safeguards to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage and compulsive gambling.

Electronic transfer of the domain names will occur following successful receipt of funds transfer from the winning bidder and will be subject to confidentiality agreements between the owner and the winning bidder.
