N-able Technologies' Mike Cullen Named to CRN's Channel Chiefs List for Fourth Year in a Row

Vice President of Sales Recognized for His Leadership, Industry Expertise and Commitment to Ensuring the Success of N-able's Channel Partners Worldwide

OTTAWA--(Marketwire - March 9, 2010) - N-able Technologies®, the global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, is pleased to announce Mike Cullen, vice president of sales, has been named a CRN Channel Chief for 2010. This is the fourth straight year that Cullen has earned a place on the annual CRN Channel Chiefs list, which recognizes those executives in North America who work very closely with the VAR and MSP channel to defend, promote and execute effective channel partner programs and strategies.

In 2009, Cullen's leadership, proven expertise and global sales team played an integral role in the successful launch of N-able's new N-central® 7.0 with Endpoint Security Manager™, the managed services industry's first freemium RMM platform, offering a hybrid of free and paid licenses. In addition, the N-able sales team helped the company grow its international footprint and double its revenues in Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the U.K.

From a channel enablement perspective, Cullen was instrumental in the development and launch of several groundbreaking partner programs and resources introduced in 2009, including N-able's Midmarket Partner Program, Business e-Training Essentials and new Partner Resource Center.

"Over the last decade, Mike has earned a reputation as one of the IT industry's most influential and visionary managed services experts," says Gavin Garbutt, president and CEO of N-able Technologies. "Regarded as a channel favorite, Mike always strives to exceed expectations by going the extra mile for our partners. His passion for sales excellence and commitment to ensuring our channel partners' success is unrivaled within our peer group and we're thrilled to see CRN once again recognize Mike as an industry Channel Chief."

This is the eighth consecutive year Everything Channel's CRN has issued the Channel Chief list. Top Channel Chiefs were chosen based on policy and program innovations made during 2009, the amount of revenue generated through partners, their willingness to speak out publicly on behalf of the channel and the number of years they have dedicated to channel activities. The 2010 Channel Chief list was published in the February 22, 2010 issue of CRN.

"Being named a Channel Chief is one of the most prestigious honors in the IT industry. This year's Channel Chiefs list offers tremendous insight into the who's who of the Channel," says Kelley Damore, vice president, editorial director, Everything Channel's CRN. "Top channel executives consistently ensure that the Channel's voice is heard when strategic decisions are being made and continually nurture mutually profitable relationships. We applaud the 2010 Channel Chiefs for their successful partner programs and strategies."
