Available worldwide to new and existing N-able partners, this next generation remote network and systems management software offers three major feature enhancements including increased IT automation, improved remote control capabilities and enhanced support for leading professional services automation (PSA) solutions.

The new features and benefits of the easy-to-download N-central 7.2 upgrade include:

  • New, automatic patch approvals reduce costs and complexity around patch management, while the enhanced PSA automation allows for improved efficiencies and bi-directional ticket integration with ConnectWise and Autotask. The new, advanced integration automates the processes of ticket creation, status updates, suppression of notifications and ticket closure.
  • Redesigned, remote control architecture strikes an optimal balance between speed and performance. The improved remote control functionality offers greater usability for remote sessions, leveraging peer-to-peer connections when available and supporting a greater variety of networks and network configurations.
  • Enhanced software discovery and support tools including a new license key inventory report, compliance report and remote control summary report. These on-demand reports make it easier and more cost effective for MSPs to show prospects and existing customers the health and efficiency of their network in real time, while demonstrating the business value and overall use of their services.
