N-able Technologies® Reveals Growth Strategy and Solutions Roadmap for Enabling 100 Percent IT Coverage

Industry Innovator Strikes New Alliances With Industry Leaders and Unveils Integrated Solutions Roadmap at Annual Partner Summit Oct 20 - 22 in Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - October 20, 2010) -  N-able Partner Summit -- N-able Technologies®, the global leader in remote network and systems management (NSM) software for IT departments and managed service providers (MSPs), outlined the company's global growth strategy and solutions roadmap at its 2010 N-able Partner Summit this week in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The plan, presented by N-able's President and CEO Gavin Garbutt, highlights the key vertical markets, alliances and integrated solutions N-able will target and introduce over the next 18 months to help its partners deliver next-generation managed services and cloud-based offerings to small and midsize businesses worldwide.

"We're serious about ensuring our partners' success and will continue to invest in the business acumen, technology and services our channel partners need to deliver a high-value, high-performance 100 percent IT coverage model to their customers," says Garbutt. "The new alliances and remote IT solutions we announced today build upon the growing ecosystem of fully-integrated managed IT services that support our N-central® NSM platform. It's a dynamic time in our company's history, and the opportunity for our channel partners to grow their revenues and service capabilities has never been greater."

New Vendor Alliances Broaden N-able's Integrated Solutions Portfolio
During this week's Summit, N-able COO JP Jauvin previewed the company's N-central solutions roadmap to a crowd of MSP partners and made a number of announcements around strategic alliances and future integration capabilities. The new vendor alliances and solutions include:

  • Remote Backup Manager/Replication - Offered as part of the growing N-central/CA ARCserve D2D bundle, Remote Backup Manager/Replication is available now as a complementary service to the other four Remote Backup Manager solutions or as a stand-alone product designed to help MSPs ensure their clients' most critical business data is always up to date, protected and accessible. The new service embeds CA ARCserve Replication™ software from CA Technologies.
  • Remote Audit Manager - Developed in alliance with eEye Digital Security®, this new suite of services includes Remote Audit Manager/Vulnerability, Compliance and Configuration. These three new offerings provide MSPs with an efficient solution to help customers meet regulatory goals, while managing network vulnerabilities and risk. Estimated availability is December 2010.
  • Remote Netflow Manager - Currently under development, Remote Netflow Manager is powered by Visual Network Systems and consists of two offerings: Remote Netflow Manager/Tracker and Remote Netflow/Reporter. Available by end of year, Remote Netflow Manager will make it easier for MSPs to bridge the gap between business goals and IT by providing valuable insight into capacity management and provisioning, as well as network assessment and planning.

"These new remote managed offerings will broaden our N-central solutions portfolio and deliver greater value, flexibility and service potential to our channel partners worldwide," says Jauvin. "With this portfolio, our MSP partners will continue to lead the market and differentiate their services by offering customers 100 percent IT coverage across the network and being among the first to provide fully integrated, cloud-based solutions and services."
