NAC enforcement appliance market to top $670M in 2010, says Infonetics Research

CAMPBELL, CA--(Marketwire - December 17, 2007) - After nearly quadrupling between 2005 and 2006, sales of NAC enforcement appliances are expected to more than double in 2007, says Infonetics Research in its latest report, "NAC Enforcement Appliances Market Outlook."

The worldwide NAC appliance market is forecast by Infonetics to reach $670 million in 2010.

"NAC spending grew at a good clip in the second and third quarters of 2007, mirroring the strong growth most vendors saw starting in late 2006 and early 2007. Many vendors report shortening sales cycles and larger deployments overall, with the typical deal size in 3Q08 expected to be 2 to 4 times the deal size in 3Q07," said Jeff Wilson, principal analyst for network security at Infonetics Research.
