The Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy is delighted to be performing at the Ladner Bandfest again this year. This year marks the 75th Anniversary of the Naden Band, an outstanding musical organization whose primary role is to support Naval Operations and Ceremonial events. Under the direction of Lieutenant Matthew Clark, CD, the band performs in a variety of ensembles ranging from symphonic concert band, marching band, jazz band, Dixieland band, rock and contemporary ensembles as well as brass and woodwind quintets.

This is the 11th year of the Ladner Bandfest, an annual event which attracts amateur community concert bands from all over B.C. and the U.S. The Bandfest provides back to back 40 minute concerts all day Saturday and Sunday, performed by 23 different groups, June 6 and 7 in Ladner's Memorial Park (Address: 47th Avenue and 51st Street, Ladner, beside the Ladner Pioneer Library). The Naden Band is our special guest ensemble and will perform at 5:40 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The Ladner Bandfest is a FREE event. Bring your lawn chairs. The event goes on rain or shine.
