NaiKun Opens Vancouver Office

Oceanic Plaza to be new headquarters for offshore wind energy company

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 30, 2006) - Ray Castelli, President of NaiKun Wind Development Inc. ("NaiKun") (TSX VENTURE:NKW), announced today that NaiKun has completed its move to its new corporate office at Oceanic Plaza in Vancouver. The new location will bring together all of the functions of the wind energy operation and the Uniterre division.

The new office is another step in the development of NaiKun's business plan and will house the energy planning, community relations, construction design and engineering staff that are dedicated to the development of the NaiKun wind energy project located in Hecate Strait between Haida G'waii (the Queen Charlotte Islands) and Prince Rupert on the British Columbia mainland.

NaiKun Wind Development Inc. has been engaged in wind energy development in the Haida Energy Field off the coast of British Columbia since 2001.
