NAL Energy Corporation Announces September Dividend & Participation in the 2011 Peters & Co. Oil & Gas Conference

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 8, 2011) - NAL Energy Corporation ("NAL" or the "Corporation") (TSX:NAE) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.07 per common share payable on October 17, 2011, to shareholders of record on September 22, 2011. The shares will begin trading on an ex-dividend basis on September 20, 2011.

These dividends are designated as "eligible dividends" for Canadian income tax purposes.

The current monthly dividend totals $0.84 per common share on an annualized basis, and represents a 9.0% cash-on-cash yield based on the September 8, 2011 closing share price of $9.35.

NAL's Board of Directors sets the dividend level taking into consideration commodity prices, forecast cash flow of the Corporation, financial market conditions, availability of financing, internal capital investment opportunities and taxability.

NAL is also pleased to advise that Mr. Andrew Wiswell, President and CEO, will be participating in a panel discussion with peers and providing an update to the Corporation's activities in its Cardium oil play in central Alberta and Mississippian light oil play in southeast Saskatchewan at the Peters & Co. Limited 2011 North American Oil & Gas Conference.
