'Name the Next Generation Portable Computing & Communications Device' Contest Starts Today

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB: SLWF) today announced that the 'Name the Next Generation Portable Computing & Communications Device' contest has begun. Starting today creative contestants can register at www.slwf.net to receive the entry submission form and rules. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM, May 15th, 2006 and the winners will be announced on May 30, 2006.

The top ten finalists will each receive Seamless' as yet unnamed next generation portable computing and communications device loaded with the equivalent of one year's prepaid communications services and the grand prize winner will receive five for themselves, friends and/or family with the equivalent of one year's prepaid communications services for each device.

Winners will receive their devices before they are available to the public so winners will really be the first on their block to have one of these exceptionally cool new devices.

Approximate retail value for each device and one year equivalent service is about the same cost as the PALM TREO 700.

To increase your chances of winning enter early and often with your best naming ideas because in case of duplicate entries the prize will go to the first person submitting the winning name. The contest is open to all, there is no limit on the number of entries and the name must be able to be trademarked.
