NAMI Montana and NetReflector Launch Mental Illness Recovery Survey System to Measure Patient Success

New Research Program Provides Direct Patient Feedback to Mental Health Advocates, Clinics, and Policy Makers

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - Jul 26, 2011) - NetReflector, a market research services and software company and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Montana, a leading mental health advocacy organization, today announced the launch of an online Mental Illness Recovery Survey System which allows individuals receiving services from Montana's mental illness treatment system to report on the results of their treatment. NAMI Montana conceived of the program as a way to analyze Montana's mental illness treatment system from the patient's perspective. The survey is taken by patients on a computer at their mental health center. The survey results are reported on the NAMI Montana website where they can be viewed by patients, their families, treatment providers, and policy makers. This transparency provides a glimpse into the complex world that is Montana's mental illness treatment system. Individual patient information is kept strictly confidential. NetReflector researchers developed the system using VantagePoint®, the Company's survey and reporting software.
