MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwired - Feb. 12, 2015) - Group NanoXplore Inc., a Montreal-based company specialising in the production and application of graphene and its derivative materials, announced today that it finalised an agreement for a non-brokered private placement financing totalling $2.725M CDN in December, 2014. The investors include a number of high net worth Canadian individuals with strong backgrounds in chemical and industrial markets and successful records of building successful technology enterprises.
