NAPEC Inc. Announces the Appointment of Sebastien Delorme as General Manager of Thirau Ltee and J.J.L. Deboisement Inc.

DRUMMONDVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 28, 2015) - NAPEC Inc. ("NAPEC" or the "Corporation") (TSX:NPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Delorme as General Manager of its Quebec-based subsidiaries, Thirau Ltée and J.J.L Déboisement Inc., replacing Mr. Bruno Testaert. He will take office on June 1^st, 2015.

Mr. Delorme has more than fifteen years of experience in the energy sector. Recently, he has occupied the position of Operation Director for HMI Construction Inc., a provider of services and products to public and private companies in the energy, heavy industry and environment sectors. Sébastien Delorme holds an MBA degree from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well a Bachelor of Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
