NAPEC Inc. Reports on Shareholders' Voting Results for the Election of Directors

DRUMMONDVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 4, 2015) - NAPEC Inc. ("NAPEC" or the "Corporation") (TSX:NPC) held its Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on June 3, 2015. All candidates proposed as directors were duly elected to the Board of Directors of the Corporation by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the Meeting as follows:

Shareholders present or represented by proxy at the Meeting also voted by a proportion of 66.03% in favour of a resolution to approve the reconfirmation of the shareholder rights plan of the Corporation adopted by the Board of Directors on December 18, 2008, and ratified, conformed and approved by the shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on June 11, 2009.
