NASDAQ OMX and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to Hold 3rd Annual Israeli Investor Conference, September 18, New York City


TEL AVIV, ISRAEL and NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 11, 2008) - The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ®) (NASDAQ: NDAQ) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) are pleased to announce that they will host their third Israeli Investor Conference on Thursday, September 18, 2008 in New York City. The conference will be held in association with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.

The NASDAQ OMX TASE Israeli Investor conference will bring companies representing a broad spectrum of key Israeli industries, such as IT, communications, chemicals, homeland security, retail, real estate and food industries together with American institutional investors and analysts. The conference will provide a unique opportunity for the investment community to become better acquainted with Israel's dynamic economy and capital market.

Ester Levanon, Chief Executive Officer of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, will review recent developments in Israel's capital market and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Professor Leonardo Leidermen, from the Tel-Aviv University, will be the keynote speaker and will discuss the impact of global economic conditions on Israel's economy and financial markets.
