NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Oct 13, 2015) - Join select Nashville Marriott hotels as they present the sixth annual Cheers for Children, a beverage tasting and silent auction benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville's local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
On Thursday, November 19, from 5 to 8 p.m., hosted at Nashville Airport Marriott, guests of the Cheers for Children can expect wine and beverage tastings, spectacular food, a silent auction, a live auction, and an exciting musical performance by Edsel West. Proceeds of the event will go to benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, a leader in pediatric care and named one of the best children's hospitals in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
Last year's Cheers for Children event raised over $30,000, and participating Nashville hotels hope to surpass that amount through generous monetary gifts and ticket sales.
