Nashville Records™ Announces Major Product Distribution Plan

NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 4, 2007 -- Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NPYC) has partnered with River City Movies & Music, and together will be distributing the Company's Christmas album and other products through major sales outlets throughout the U.S. The distribution network will include leading retail stores and over 2,000 country music radio stations nationwide including the Billboard Stations. Such a concerted effort should have a significant positive impact on product sales.

Products will be distributed through five major retailers that have proven to be successful marketing grounds for country music. Joe Mansfield and Garth Brooks, for example, have sold over 25 million units in just one of the major retailers in only two years and, as previously announced, Mansfield is one of Nashville Records'™ key advisors. Further distribution will include XM and Sirius radio as well as the Holiday Channel. In addition, the Company's products will be able to be purchased at Ernest Tubb shops along with numerous Branson, Missouri and Nashville gift shops, plus a host of gift shops throughout the country.

Company artists will be featured as hosts or performers on the Midnight Jamboree, the Hall of Fame Museum, and XM & Sirius radio and will have autograph signings in bookstores, record shops, and various other planned venues. Products will also be available at and CD Baby. Additionally, CD Baby provides digital sales for ringtones, downloading, and free streaming. Each artist will also have a web page where music can be previewed, purchased, and downloaded.

Worldwide shipping to U.S. military installations through AAFES is another key component of the Company's marketing strategy. However, this important affiliation will take about a year for full development, but the Company is excited about adding this important market segment to its long-term business plan.
