Natco International Inc.: Photo Violation Nominated by IBM for Second Award

Photo Violation Short Listed To 4 Finalists

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 19, 2007) - Mr. Raj-Mohinder Gurm, President of NATCO (OTCBB:NCII), is pleased to announce Photo Violation Technologies Corp. A judging panel comprised of five seasoned IT professionals narrowed the entries down to four finalists. Attendees at CIOCAN's CIO Peer Forum, to be held in Vancouver on April 19, will judge the finalists and select the winner.

IBM, who is providing software support for PVT, nominated the Vancouver-based company for the award.
