Nathan O'Brien Children's Foundation Announces the Nathan O'Brien Charity Hockey Game


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 12, 2015) - The Nathan O'Brien Children's Foundation is pleased to announce that the Nathan O'Brien Charity Hockey Game will take place at the Scotiabank Saddledome on Thursday, February 5th at 6:30 p.m. with lead sponsors Cenovus Energy, Secure and Newalta.

The game will see the Calgary Flames Alumni face-off against Nathan's Heroes (a team made up of Sponsors, MLAs and officers from the Calgary Police Services who were involved with the Nathan O'Brien case) with a puck-drop by former NHL goalie and Sportscaster Kelly Hrudey.

Funds raised will be directed towards a number of Alberta charities including Children's Cottage Society; Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids and the Flames Even Strength Program through the Nathan O'Brien Children's Foundation.
