National Aboriginal Day Celebration at Canada Place to Feature Music and Activities for All Ages


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 12, 2015) - The North Point at Canada Place will come to life with music, dance and stories on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in celebration of National Aboriginal Day. The event will provide opportunities for guest of all ages to engage with and learn more about Aboriginal culture. Running from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the day of celebration will feature a traditional Coast Salish welcome followed by a variety of performances and activities, including drum making, drumming and dance workshops, storytelling, carving and live music.
