National Academy of Engineering, Stanford University and Infinite Loop Media Want You to Share Your Vision of the Future

What Does the Future Look Like to You?

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 16, 2008) - Infinite Loop Media, along with the National Academy of Engineering and Stanford Technology Venture Program (STVP), wants you to be part of making the documentary film "imagine it!2 The Power of Imagination" (

"Imagine it!2" is an educational documentary film designed to inspire students to imagine a more perfect world and to engage in making that happen.

Based in-part on STVP's "Global Innovation Tournament" and featuring the National Academy of Engineering's "Grand Challenges for Engineering," the film "imagine it2" presents a powerful story to inspire young people today to meet the challenges of a new generation.

"The goal is to get people to envision the future and have them document their vision in a variety of ways. We'll include examples of the 'user-generated-content' directly in the finished film," explained director Rudy Poe.

Here's how people from around the world can participate: Create a painting, drawing, photograph, video, poem, short story, etc. to illustrate one of two things:

1) Create something that shows how you see the future.

2) Create something that is an example of creativity and innovation.

Topics include: the earth, environment, education, water, energy, science, people, transportation, technology, food, health, safety, joy of life.
