National Automation Services, Inc. Announces Settlement of Outstanding Debt

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - December 1, 2010) - National Automation Services, Inc. ("NAS") (www.nasautomation.com) (OTCQB: NASV) (PINKSHEETS: NASV).

NAS announced today that it is in the process of settling the outstanding debt of the Company with its creditor(s). This has been in progress for some time and is expected to positively impact the Company's bottom line and would also promptly clean almost all debt off the company's balance sheet in the applicable fiscal period.

Additionally, this will permit the Company to move steadfastly in execution of its business expansion plan of acquiring new targeted automation firms throughout the U.S. in the first quarter of 2011, as mentioned on prior press releases.
