National Bankshares, Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend

BLACKSBURG, VA--(Marketwired - Nov 12, 2014) - The Board of Directors of National Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: NKSH) today approved payment on December 5, 2014 of a semi-annual dividend of $0.58 per share to all stockholders of record as of November 24, 2014. The semi-annual dividend that was paid on December 6, 2013 was $0.58 per share.
