National Business Group on Health Elects Kathleen Angel, Dell Executive, to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 -- The National Business Group on Health, a
non-profit association of 266 mostly large employers, announced today that
Kathleen Angel, Director of Global Benefits and International Compensation
at Dell, Inc., has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective March
14, 2007.
"Kathleen is a respected and major thought leader in corporate human
resources, benefits and health care and will be a tremendous asset to an
already talented board," Harry Spencer, Vice President of Global Benefits &
HR Operations at Time Warner and the chairman of the Business Group's board
of directors. "We are delighted to have someone with Kathleen's extensive
experience and leadership skills as a member of our board."
Since joining Dell in 1999, Angel has transformed the company's health care
benefits by leveraging information technology to offer employees greater
cost transparency and control over their health care. Some of Dell's
award-winning programs include a "build-your-own" health care plan
enrollment tool and online personal health records.

Angel currently serves as a member of the Texas Health and Human Services
