National Business Media Launches Digital Magazines Using Texterity's Published Web Format

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 1, 2007 -- Texterity, Inc., a leading provider of digital magazine solutions, has been selected to provide the digital publications for National Business Media (NBM). NBM has joined forces with Texterity to provide its readers with a digital experience that includes digital publications, global issue search and "look inside the magazine." All features are accessible via any standard web browser.

NBM is a privately held publishing company with fourteen national publications. It specializes in Business-to-Business publications and leverages the value through tradeshows. NBM will begin offering digital editions with the March edition of Digital Graphics, and the April edition of Sign Business. Texterity will also convert back issues of both publications as NBM wishes to provide its readers with the convenience of searchable digital archives.

"We are excited about this opportunity to provide our readers and advertisers with a digital option," stated Mary Tohill, group publisher, Digital Graphics Magazine. "With global issue search we will engage prospective readers through our web site by enabling them to search all back issues and then peek inside." She continued, "Our advertisers will receive increased circulation, new digital advertising options and increased response since survey results show digital readers are four times more likely to visit an advertiser's website from digital editions, than they are from print.(1) Furthermore, we will increase our current reach by adding 10,000 digital-only readers that we could not cost-effectively serve through print. This is a win-win situation for readers and advertisers!"

"We value our partnership with National Business Media and we look forward to their launch of digital editions across all of their publications," stated Martin Hensel, president of Texterity, Inc. "We are pleased to help NBM maximize their online circulation-building efforts, cost-effectively expand their readership and create additional revenue opportunities through digital editions."

Using Texterity's Published Web Format (PWF), subscribers can view the magazine with any standard Internet browser. No plug-ins or software downloads are required. Texterity's PWF imaging technology provides the fastest loading time and the sharpest text. It enables numerous capabilities such as multimedia content, RSS, search functions, YouTube integration and digital archive global search.
