National Distribution Partner to Consult for Management Team at HFBG

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 8, 2010) - Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is set to strengthen its management team with the addition of a well respected and experienced advisor/consultant from the beverage Industry. Company President Calvin Ross attended meetings in New York City this week with the company's new distribution partner along with former NBA player Larry Johnson to discuss a marketing campaign and said, "We are on the doorstep of something big here at Hall of Fame Beverages. Admittedly we're pretty excited about where this company is headed given we're about to take a giant leap in garnering more respect in the industry, with the team we're building, to run this company. We are bringing someone on board who can immediately command respect just by picking up the phone."

Ross said the company will be announcing the new distribution partner, and in turn, its newest member of the management team in the coming days.

A few company updates include:

Because the beverage industry requires a quick response to the consistently changing production, distribution, etc. we need to remain flexible for the future. We are very hopeful that future revenues will help pay in large part our future Operating costs, but having alternative funding options in place is a responsible business practice. We can't afford to have any delays in supplying our distribution partner.

The company is in its busiest season and will need to postpone the conference call scheduled by HFBG's former CEO for July, to a more responsible time. Ross said, "We are making labels for our new bottles, getting Kosher certified, holding meetings in different parts of the country to put together a marketing campaign, so this isn't the best time for management to stop our business. Shareholders want the company to perform, so we need to perform now, and we'll hold a conference call when things slow down."

This month Hall of Fame Beverages will be producing more than 30,000 cases of its anchor brand Atomic Dogg Super Soda and its newest brand Grand Ma Ma Sweet Southern Tea for distribution across the country. Ross said, "We have been extremely busy negotiating with a national distribution partner, as well as lining up funding to pull off production and distribution of a roll out this size."

HFBG's new distribution agreement includes sales and marketing of Hall of Fame's products in all 50 states and Canada. The new partner has a broad reach of products to a multitude of national accounts including, BJ's Wholesale, ABC Liquor, Sam's Club, Key Foods among many others.

Ross added, "Securing funding for a capital intensive business is a necessary evil, and recent funding with a lender was instrumental in allowing us to produce and distribute our products and eventually realize revenues for our efforts. It will be future revenues and branding of our products with the help of our respected National distributor partner that will bring value to Hall of Fame Beverages and value to our shareholders."
