National Energy Services Company, Inc. Names President

COLUMBIA, MD--(Marketwire - March 18, 2010) -  National Energy Services Co. (OTCBB: NEGS) announced the hiring of President David LaFave and his acceptance of an appointment to the Board of Directors.

The company issued a statement: "David brings the knowledge of building construction, affordable housing techniques, energy efficient mechanical and building systems and building renovation with renewable energy systems. He has operated LaFave Contractors, Inc. for 20 years where he honed skills in the building trades in various construction types."

Since April 2005, Mr. LaFave has also been President of Green Stone Holdings, Inc., a private investment holdings company that has primarily invested in small cap stocks, and has honed his experience in the green space.

"This is a great opportunity and with my many years' experience in the construction industry and desire and self-taught education with regard to the green building industry, I believe this is a great marriage. I have spoken to the board and will hit the ground running and we are ready to push forward with regard to our business plan that includes: MicroTurbines and our Bio Mass project. I also will be seeking additional acquisitions and plan to develop an Independent Investment and Acquisition board and will seek their recommendations," stated newly appointed President David LaFave.
