National Health Care Leaders Focus on Patient Engagement at GetConnected 2013

BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwire - Mar 26, 2013) - Nationally recognized leaders from institutions including Sharp HealthCare, Naval Medical Center San Diego and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, will share their expertise on patient engagement and Interactive Patient Care at GetConnected 2013, GetWellNetwork's sixth annual user conference.

Industry Leaders Share Insight on Care Delivery
On Monday, April 15, a panel of national health care leaders, moderated by Monica Reed, MD, senior vice president of Florida Hospital and CEO of Florida Hospital Celebration Health, will discuss how to transform care delivery across an organization. The panel will be joined by:

  • Daniel L. Gross, executive vice president of Hospital Operations at Sharp HealthCare
  • Captain Kriste J. Grau, NC, USN, senior nurse executive for Naval Medical Center San Diego

Mike Murphy, president and CEO of Sharp HealthCare, will deliver opening remarks at the conference welcome reception Monday evening. GetConnected 2013 will also feature a keynote address by former Navy SEAL Eric Greitens, and a panel with University of Colorado Health CIO Steve Hess, and Jason Wells, vice president of Physician Services and Park Ridge Experience at Park Ridge Health.
