National Leadership Conference Tour for New Acquisitions

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2015) - New Acquisitions' National Director of Operations, Zack Schuch, is currently on a nationwide speaking tour from May 29 to June 24, 2015 to promote the leadership development strategies that the company has implemented. With the goal of motivating and promoting employees looking to build long term careers, Schuch hopes to find the next generation of leaders. He will be going to every single city hosting conferences across the nation; main locations include: Orange County and Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Philadelphia, PA, and Seattle, WA. As the National Director of Operations for New Acquisitions, Schuch focuses his networking events toward building a unified corporate culture, training and developing, with an emphasis on mentoring career-focused employees.

While speaking at The Regional Leadership Conference hosted in Atlanta, GA on June 3, 2015, Schuch gave a speech entitled, "The Expedited Process to Upper Level Management," in which he shared his strategies on how to rise to the top in this industry. One of the most important things that he emphasized was the need to network up. He stated, "If you force yourself to network up and hang out with those more knowledgeable than you, you can begin to leverage their knowledge to help you succeed." Networking provides professionals with the opportunity to pick up on business strategies that work and make them unique to an individual's specific need. Schuch confided in his audience about finding success at a young age, asserting that by maintaining a humble mindset and a watchful eye while networking, he was able to learn from more experienced professionals and apply those lessons in a way that catapulted him to the top.

As the National Director of Operations at New Acquisitions, Schuch has had the opportunity to manage and mentor many marketing professionals who were also striving to make names for themselves in their respective fields. When asked "What do I have to do to earn a leadership position?" Schuch replied, "Don't focus on the negative. All you can control is how hard you work, what you say, how you say it, and the overall thought process you carry. If you want your team to have more urgency, be more urgent. Focus on what you can control." In other words, combining action with a positive, determined mentality will allow new trainers and mentors from within New Acquisitions to lead by example and maintain the high standards that allowed them to have the opportunity to train.
