The interactive Sequel introduces recreational boaters to basic navigation rules, including operator's responsibility, maintaining a proper lookout, safe speed, crossing, meeting head-on, and overtaking situations, while getting them excited about learning more about additional rules, boating safety, and creating a greater awareness for the need to take a NASBLA-approved safe boating course.

Featured updates include new chapters and boating scenarios on lights, sound signals, sailing rules, commercial vessels, narrow channels, and exclusion zones.
