Michael Traylor, Annie Turkel and Andrew Horlick Bring More Than 60 Years' Combined Experience to the Burgeoning Business

Offering advertisers, agencies and media companies tools and expertise to help meet their Native Advertising and marketing goals, Bidtellect's newest members will help further the company's already explosive growth.

Joining the Bidtellect team are:

  • Michael Traylor, Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and Corporate Development
    Michael is a veteran attorney with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment and digital media industries. His creative and practical approaches to business, combined with his legal prowess, have helped to establish him as an exceptional deal maker and relationship builder. Michael has excelled as a digital media strategist and business/corporate development executive. In addition to a long and successful career as an entertainment and media attorney, Michael expanded his role into that of Chief Business Development Officer of Professional Interactive Entertainment (GGL Global Gaming) prior to joining Bidtellect. Previously, Michael was Senior Vice President/General Manager at The Walt Disney Company's Hollywood Records and ran a successful law practice. Prior to Disney, Michael launched a revolutionary full-service entertainment company, which was one of the first to truly engage in marrying traditional entertainment properties with consumer product and branding campaigns. He fashioned some of the first of these deals with companies including Electronic Arts, Chrysler, Johnson Products and Nike and went on to pioneer a new era of media properties for GameStop, Honda, MLB.com, MTV networks, NASCAR, PlayStation, TNT Sports, Viacom, Xbox Live and a host of others.

    Michael is based in Los Angeles, where he is driving strategic development opportunities with technology and entertainment industry partners, while also overseeing all of the company's corporate deal making.

  • Annie Turkel, Regional Vice President of Sales, Western Region
    Annie comes to Bidtellect from Machinima, where she was the West Coast Vice President of non-endemic sales. Prior to Machinima, she served as Regional Vice President, West Coast at Vibrant Media. With more than 16 years' experience selling digital media, she is one of the original digital evangelists, selling and packaging all forms of digital media, from banners to video, original content and branded entertainment. Prior to her leadership role at Vibrant, Annie served as Vice President of Sales for Veoh Networks and YouTube Gold, a start-up joint venture between Google and William Morris Agency. Annie is working closely with Michael in the Los Angeles office and is focused on bringing customized, scalable Native Ad solutions to companies across the Western region of North America.

  • Andrew Horlick, Regional Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region
    Andrew brings more than 15 years of digital experience, both on the agency and sales sides, to the Bidtellect team. Most recently, he managed New York sales for Collective, a data and technology driven ad network focused on multi-screen advertising and bridging TV and digital ads. Prior to that, Andrew managed and sold for two of the largest companies in the world -- Comcast and Microsoft -- rounding out a decade of sales and management experience with industry leaders. Andrew started his career on the agency side working for WPP's Mediacom for five years across major brands including Warner Bros. and GlaxoSmithKline. Andrew is based in New York and is focused on bringing scalable solutions to agencies and marketers across the entire Native ecosystem.
