Natural Born Leaders, Inc. Celebrates One Year Anniversary

TACOMA, WA--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2016) - March 9^th will mark one year of production for Natural Born Leaders, Inc. in Tacoma, Washington. Director of Operations, Troy Haskell-Terry and his management team have made huge strides in just one year. They continue to set the bar high in order to keep momentum alive moving into the second quarter of the year.

Troy's remarkable story of leading a national based marketing firm began in Redding, California where he acquired his associate's degree at Shasta Community College. There, he played tight end for their football team and got All Conference. Troy then transferred to the University of San Diego and earned his bachelor's degree in communication in 2013. Upon graduation, Troy began to train for MMA and eventually began a career in business management.

He, like every candidate in the organization, began his career at the entry-level role, working hand in hand with clients and consumers through events and retail promotions. Defying the odds, in a year and half, the hard work and dedication that Troy put into his career paid off. He was promoted to Director of Operations and took over the clients in the Tacoma area.

Troy and his management team hold many aspects of business close to their hearts and say that these values have catapulted the organization into the situation they are in. "My organization knows that there are no excuses, only adjustments. If we hold ourselves to a higher standard and never create excuses -- only adjust the circumstances -- we will always prevail. I also teach my managers to think 'big picture' and never settle. We've got to make goals, share them with each other and stick to them. In 2015, Natural Born Leaders, Inc. opened three new locations spanning across Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, as well as Sequim and Silverdale, Washington. They began to receive recognition from their clients at a national meeting held in Nassau, Bahamas in October. Troy won the Achievement Award for Natural Born Leaders, Inc. "Instead of going around the brick wall, sometimes you have to go through it," said Troy when asked about the organization's ability to pave the way for the future of the business.

Moving into the second quarter of the year, whispers of a third national based client is in the works for Natural Born Leaders, Inc. The goal for the organization is to end the year with eight locations spanning across the North West. Projections recently showed that NBL, Inc. may surpass those goals in the months to come as their clientele base expands.
