NATWEST BANK & THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND GROUP WALK
AWAY FROM A SUCCESSFUL 'MULTICULTURAL' HUMANITARIAN
AWARDS CEREMONY AFTER 7 YEARS ASSOCIATION WITH RECORD
PROFITS OF œ 8.1 BILLION 'ANNOUNCED'

LONDON, ENGLAND--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 24, 2005) - NATWEST BANK & THE
ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND GROUP WALK AWAY FROM A SUCCESSFUL 'MULTICULTURAL'
HUMANITARIAN AWARDS CEREMONY AFTER 7 YEARS ASSOCIATION WITH RECORD
PROFITS OF GBP 8.1 BILLION 'ANNOUNCED' TODAY

The Ethnic Multicultural Media Academy (EMMA's) have to sadly announce
that this years May Awards will have to be cancelled after 7 successful
years on TV and celebrating icons likes Muhammad Ali, Nelson Mandela,
Lord Attenborough, Maya Angelou, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Sir Bill
Morris for the distinguished EMMA 'Lifetime Achievement' honour and
Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Martin Luther King and recently Bruce Lee with each
of their close relatives accepting EMMAs Legacy Honour for their
contribution to humanity at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

NatWest Bank contacted the EMMA Awards on the 15th October 2004
regarding their decision to withdraw from sponsorship of the 2005
Multicultural TV Awards show. The reason given was that the BBC's
decisions to schedule the 2004 TV show for 45 minutes instead of 50
minutes, NatWest had appeared to accept the BBC position prior to
transmission of the show in May 2004 at all meetings.

Hence EMMA's surprise regarding NatWest failure towards loyally
supporting a 7 years non-profit making multicultural awards TV show by
stating that: 'The EMMA Award no longer satisfy our sponsorship
objectives' In The Independent.

EMMA will continue with its original plans to organise the Awards in New
York for September 2005 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel for TV broadcast as
a result of the growing support from the U.S and U.N who through Kofi
Anan acknowledge EMMA's contribution alongside our joint longstanding
friend Nelson Mandela. We have recently launched the EMMA
'Multicultural' Information portal, which has attracted huge traffic due
to our multicultural stance on www.emma.tv.
