VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 29, 2011) - Nautilus (TSX:NUS)(AIM:NUS) has today sent its notice of Annual General Meeting and information circular to shareholders.

The meeting will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery, at 130 King Street West, Toronto, at 10 am on July 26, 2011.
