Nautilus Waters of America Is Launching a Line of "Skinny Beverages"

LA JOLLA, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2015) -  WARNING: Richard H. Davis, President of Beverage Marketing USA, and Nautlilus Mineral Waters of America states that since the company intends to produce and market a Skinny Water type product, by selling the ineffective Skinny Water product with false claims and with absolutely no appetite suppressant benefit, TARGET has severely damaged our company's huge future sales potential, especially in light of the current obesity epidemic in America and the world.

TARGET had been selling a beverage as their de facto private label brand, promoting and advertising it with false claims since they never did their due diligence, says Davis.

According to Mr. Davis, the Skinny Water product that was purchased by TARGET did not contain the Citri-Max ingredient since the manufacturing company removed it from the product formulation before production and shipment to TARGET. Consequently, TARGET basically sold to consumers just a water without any of the claimed appetite suppressant benefits supposedly offered by the Citri-Max ingredient.

Mr. Davis states that the reality is that TARGET was guilty of misleading, deceptive, unfair and fraudulent practices by selling essentially, as their own private label brand, a product with false labeling and false advertising claims that delivered absolutely no appetite suppressant benefits.

The public can only wonder how many other products are sold by TARGET under false pretenses that may have significant potential side effects.
