Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation Announces Date for Release of First Quarter Ended March 31, 2011 Financial Results, Conference Call and Webcast

PIRAEUS, GREECE--(Marketwire - May 2, 2011) - Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation ("Navios Acquisition") (NYSE: NNA), an owner and operator of tanker vessels, will host a conference call on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 8:30 am ET, at which time Navios Acquisition's senior management will provide highlights and commentary on the results of the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. Navios Acquisition will announce earnings results prior to the conference call.
