Navios Maritime Partners L.P. Announces Completion of Exercise of Over-Allotment Option


PIRAEUS, GREECE--(Marketwire - October 19, 2009) - Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") (NYSE: NMM) announced the completion of the exercise of a portion of the underwriters' over-allotment option granted in connection with its recently completed public offering. The over-allotment option was exercised for 360,400 common units at $12.21 per unit, raising gross proceeds of approximately $4.4 million.

The gross proceeds of the common unit offering and the over-allotment option total approximately $38.6 million. The joint book-running managers for the offering were Citi and J.P. Morgan, and the co-managers were S. Goldman Advisors LLC, DVB Capital Markets and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
