Navios Maritime Partners L.P. Announces Long-Term Charter

MONACO--(Marketwired - Jul 16, 2015) - Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") (NYSE: NMM), an international owner and operator of drybulk and container vessels, announced today that it has secured a new time charter for the Navios Fulvia, a 2010-built Capesize vessel.

The Navios Fulvia has been chartered-out for 16-21 months at a rate of $13,443 net per day ($14,150 gross) to a high quality counterparty. The charter will commence in August 2015.

The vessel is expected to generate approximately $4.3 million aggregate EBITDA for the charter period, assuming expenses approximating current operating costs and 360 revenue days per year.
