NavStar Agrees to Ship Three EOBR Units to N.J.-Based Trucking Company for a Trial

ANAHEIM, CA--(Marketwire - February 28, 2011) - NavStar Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVSR), a company focused on producing and commercializing products and services for tracking/monitoring and reporting on the location and condition of high value cargo and other assets, announced today it has agreed to ship three units to a New Jersey-based Truck Company for a trial period. This trial agreement is a direct result of NavStar joining the New Jersey Truckers Association.

As the trucking company is privately owned and operated, their name is being withheld until if, and when, a formal purchase agreement is made between the company and NavStar.

The truck company specializes in service to the Northeast corridor, including New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia airports and piers. They have been in business for over 80 years and have 75 trucks in their fleet. These facts represent the exact target audience that NavStar has identified for its EOBR sales efforts.

Once the trial is complete, discussions will begin on the purchase, and installation of NavStar's EOBR units in the company's fleet of trucks. As these discussions will consist of multiple levels within the trucking company, we cannot be certain of the length of negotiations, and will advise shareholders and investors as information becomes available.

N. Douglas Pritt, Chairman and CEO, NavStar Technologies, Inc., stated, "This trial test is the initial introduction of our EOBR to the specific segment of the EOBR market that we have targeted. We have focused on a few specific geographic areas, and are pleased to have our first trial come from these efforts."
